Michelle Goss is a serial entrepreneur and current founder and president of The Leader’s Edge, Inc, (www.theleadersedge.com), a success coaching and consultancy.  She is the co-founder of GROWE, an entrepreneur mentoring organization for women business owners.  She is also the co-founder of Artful Leadership  (www.artful-leadership.com), which designs and delivers transformational leadership development programs to organizations.  Formerly an HR executive, Michelle brings 20+ years of experience coaching hundreds of leaders in the areas of business development, communication, change, productivity, and motivation.  Michelle is a leader in the coaching community and has served as President of the International Coach Federation’s Atlanta chapter, a course leader for The Coaches Training Institute, a supervisor to coaches-in-training, and an adjunct faculty member of Capella University’s MBA program.  She currently lives in a northern suburb of Atlanta with her husband and daughter.
